So we opted for a change and found JP.They came out very promptly (the day after I spoke with Juan) and did a very thorough, clean job at a very competitive price. Earlier in the summer, we had a dying tree removed from the front of our lawn. I reached out to JP Service Solutions Inc for a quote. They were very responsive and set up an estimate meeting that same week. The owner, Juan, came out and completed the estimate. He was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. He addressed any concerns I had and came up with a solution for all my issues. After receiving the quote, which was extremely reasonable for the scope of work being completed, we decided to go with JP. They were able to come out the following week and complete the work. Juan's team was punctual, professional and diligent. They completed the entire job in two and half days. The finished product is absolutely amazing and we could not be happier. We no longer have drainage issues and can use our walkway without worrying about hurting ourselves. From the initial meeting we could tell that Juan was passionate about his craft. His quote was prompt and fair, and he even met in person to discuss the quote. Work started just a few weeks later, and his crew were the nicest and most hard working people I have ever seen. They cared for our property as if it were their own as they take great pride in their work. They cleaned up at the end of each day. On the final day the crew made sure all areas of the property were in better shape then when they got there. We had a change order mid excavation and Juan handled it without issue. Part of the scope was also to bury some downspouts, which they handled as well. We had a lot of questions during the process, but when Juan says "trust me", you really just have to trust his vision because he cares. Juan Jr and his father Juan Sr are the nicest people to work with. They work within your budget and are truly honest (which is rare to find these days). They arrived on time and according to schedule each day and communications between them and us were constant during the job. Their team was totally professional and when we asked for additional work to be added to the job in the middle of the current job they immediately agreed and did not skip a beat and finished the work as we were originally quoted. They even threw in the first concrete paver sealing treatment for free when it is due in five years. I wholeheartedly approve of this company and I am going to refer them to all of my close friends, family and co-workers in the area. We had a stamped concrete front porch and walkway that had been installed by the previous owner. After receiving a couple different quotes along with researching reviews and experience with laying a blue stone walkway, we went with JP Service Solutions. The workmanship is beautiful and the finished product is exactly what I wanted and it was at a price that was affordable for the amount of work it entailed. We will be going back to them for more hardscaping at a future date. Professional and diligent project completed in 3 days despite a couple issues with how the previous contractor had incorrectly installed the old stamped concrete walkway and porch. The team was very professional and Juan himself was onsite on the job for the entirety of the project. Juan also replaced portions of our grass that was disturbed during the project with Sod which did not add to our cost of the project.
